Workers' Compensation
Investigating workers' compensation claims makes up a large part of our firm's caseload. Is it an injury arising out of employment? Did it occur in the course of employment? All of our investigators are experienced in conducting AOE/COE investigations. We conduct interviews with claimants, employers, supervisors, co-workers, and witnesses, to determine if the claim has merit. These early investigations often lead to successful defense of claims.
